With Green Gear Alliance, you can offer your customers an easy way to collect and recycle workwear, safety shoes, and PPE. Signing up as a dealer is straightforward. A few clicks and you're ready to help your customers contribute to circular PPE.

4. Order collection materials
Choose what works for your location. Small sites use a DisplayBox with MiniBags, bigger locations get a BigBag holder with BigBags. Everything includes delivery, pickup, recycling, and impact reporting. Check pricing in the dashboard.

5. Report a return
Full collection box? Report the return through the portal and we take it from there. Your collected workwear, shoes, and PPE get sent to the right place for processing.

Once everything's processed, you see the full picture in the dashboard: kilos collected, CO₂ saved, water conserved, social impact; broken down by customer or location. Perfect for reports and talking to clients about what you've achieved together.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can workwear with our company logo also be collected
Yes. Workwear bearing company logos can be collected. These items are processed confidentially and are not reused. Instead, they are recycled through appropriate recycling and recovery routes.
I have a large volume of material (>1,000 kg). How does that work?
For large volumes, we offer separate rates per kilogram. These quantities are billed afterwards based on the actual weight collected and processed. Please contact us at info@greengearalliance.eu to request pricing and schedule a collection.
Does Green Gear Alliance invoice the customer directly
This can be configured on a customer-by-customer basis. You can choose how invoicing is handled for each customer.
